Agencia Provincial de la Energía de Granada is responsible for the processing of the user’s personal data, and therefore provides the following information on the processing:
- End of treatment: to answer the queries made by the user.
- Legitimation: it is based on the consent that is requested through the corresponding acceptance box.
- Data retention criteria: data shall be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, they shall be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation of the data.
- Addressees: they will not be given to any third party.
- Rights of the User:
a) Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to object and to the portability of personal data. Right to access, rectify and delete your data and to limit or oppose its processing.
b) Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if it has not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of its rights, in this case, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency http://www.aepd.es
